Once the loan is closed, CFFCU is now partnering with Members Mortgage Services (MMS) to service your loan for the life of the loan. Your mortgage will not bounce from servicer to servicer, as it will stay with MMS. That way you always know where to send your monthly payments, which helps to avoid potential late fees or escrow issues.
To apply for a mortgage, simply create a mortgage account by which mortgage type interests you. Once inside the application, answer the guided questions and submit your loan request.
